By creating an account or using Cash Clip, you agree to follow these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cash Clip. If you are under 18, you must have consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

  • Keep your login details secure and private.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Do not share passwords, verification codes, or tokens with others.
  • Once a social media account is linked and verified, certain changes may be restricted to protect integrity.
  • We may suspend accounts that appear unsafe or break these rules.

4. Campaign Participation

  • Users may join campaigns, post content, and complete tasks to earn rewards.
  • Follow all instructions given in each campaign. Submissions that don’t follow the rules may be rejected.
  • Do not use fake accounts, bots, or misleading methods to participate.
  • Cash Clip reserves the right to review and approve campaign content before rewards are issued.

5. Rewards & Earnings

  • Rewards are granted only after proper review and approval.
  • Earnings are based on participation and performance in campaigns.
  • Payouts require valid linked accounts (e.g., PayPal or crypto wallets).
  • We may update how rewards are calculated or delivered at any time; changes will be communicated.

6. Hosting Collaborations

  • Verified users or approved partners may host their own campaigns (“Collaborations”).
  • By hosting a collaboration, you are responsible for instructions, rewards, and compliance with all laws.
  • Cash Clip is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages from user-hosted collaborations.
  • We may suspend or remove collaborations that violate these Terms or community standards.

7. Payments & Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to your earnings from Cash Clip. We do not provide tax advice and recommend consulting a professional.

8. Staying Safe

To protect your account:

  • Use a strong and unique password.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
  • Never share private account details.
  • Report suspicious activity through official support.

9. Prohibited Actions

You may not use Cash Clip to:

  • Scam, cheat, or harass others.
  • Submit fake, stolen, or plagiarized content.
  • Exploit bugs or manipulate the system unfairly.
  • Sell, trade, or transfer accounts without permission.
  • Spam or share harmful links.

10. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create, but by submitting it in campaigns, you grant Cash Clip a limited license to use, display, or share it for verification and promotion. All Cash Clip designs, branding, and tools remain our property.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash Clip, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the platform, violations of these Terms, or hosted collaborations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash Clip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of earnings, or disputes between users.

13. Termination

Account deletion policies are managed by Cash Clip. Cash Clip may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections on liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll try to communicate major changes; continued use of Cash Clip after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Disclaimer

Cash Clip is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
